Mantra and Meditation, both are intensely personal, joyful, and spiritual experiences with enormous benefits that can be experienced but can’t be defined.
Every syllable of a Mantra has a specific sound vibration which, by chanting, stroke the “Chakras” to attract divine forces. Meditation with Mantra mysteriously heals us in a spiritual, physical, and psychological manner.
Chanting a Mantra for 10 minutes, on a daily basis, will make you feel the vibrations around you and it will have a positive impact.
Mantra and Meditation are the easiest ways to awaken one’s Kundalini. Miraculously Mantras awake the specific “Chakra” or the energy center, if chanted correctly with the right syllable. A large number of mantras from Sanskrit can attune one to the lord and connect him to the realms of higher consciousness. Kundalini can be awakened methodically and systematically because each Mantra has a different effect on different “chakras”.
The most common way of practicing Mantra Meditation is Japa. Japa (literally means ‘rotate’) is performed by repeating a Mantra in sync with the rotation of Japa Mala. A Japa Mala is the rosary of 108 beads where each bead is turned after the mental or audible recitation of the Mantra.
In Hindu Vedas, Manasik’s recitation of the Mantra through the mind without lifting the lips is the method used for attaining “Siddhi” for the completion of the work one undertakes.
Dev Poojanam has strived to offer an innovative method for Manasik recitation of important Mantras The cycle of Mantra recitation has strict 108 recitations which one can recite in mind, by hearing mantra recitation offered by Dev Poojanam, while doing some other work. This process will passively improve your personality as without giving extra time from one’s busy daily schedule, one can activate his/her Kundalini with mantra recitation and its effect can be seen in his physical, mental and spiritual personality.
